Shipping Policy
USPS is our shipping carrier. Shipping can take 2-4 business days after orders have been processed. All orders placed by 3pm will be shipped out the same day. During holiday seasons please expect a longer delivery time. Once your order has been shipped off I’m no longer in charge of that order. Everything is left to USPS since it’s out of my hands. If Im on vacation all orders will be shipped once I return. Please go to website to see if Im on vacation.
Tracking Policy
Once your order has been processed, you can go to your confirmation email when you placed your order and see up to date tracking information there. Please give it 24 hours for up to date tracking information.
No Refund Policy
Absolutely NO refunds or exchanges are done once orders are shipped out.
Pick Up Policy
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. When booking an appointment with me and you want to purchase hair from me please put your shipping option as “Pick Up” with your appointment date in notes section. No exchanges or refunds can be done when you come to pick up.
